Q. Who do I contact about a lost item or credit card I left at Mezzanine?

A. Please email our lost and found department at lostandfound@mezzaninesf.com

Q. I have tickets in will call, but I can no longer attend. How can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

A. You will need to make a photocopy of your ID, write down the name of the person picking up your tickets, the number of tickets they will be picking up, and you need to sign the paper. The photocopy can then be presented at will call for ticket pick up. Please note that this does not apply for events that are free with RSVP, RSVP’s are non-transferrable.

Q. Do you have a box office?

A. No, we do not have a physical box office. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door the night of the show if they are still available.

Q. Does your venue have seating?

A. We have limited seating available upstairs for bottle service. Otherwise, general admission is standing room only. For more information on bottle service, please email bottleservice@mezzaninesf.com. We are happy to accommodate for persons with disabilities. To make a disabled seating request, please email info@mezzaninesf.com.

Q. I am under 21 years of age, but I don’t plan on drinking. Can I still attend the event?

A. No, Mezzanine is strictly a 21+ venue. No exceptions.

Q. Do you allow refunds?

A. We do not allow refunds unless under very special circumstances, such as show cancellations. Supporting acts are subject to change.

Q. Can I bring my hula hoops or poi to an event?

A. No, we do not allow any accessories that could potentially harm others.
